IT managed services is the practice of transferring day-to-day related management responsibility of the Information Technology division to a managed service provider (MSP) such as RamKCorp Systems®. It is a strategic method for improved effective and efficient operations.
RamKCorp Systems® provides delivery and management of network-based services, applications, and equipment to enterprises. We also offer services that can include fully outsourced network management arrangements, including advanced features like IP telephony, messaging systems, virtual private network (VPNs), managed firewalls, and monitoring/reporting of network servers. Most of these services can be performed from outside a company's internal network with a special emphasis placed on integration and certification of Internet security for applications and content. 
RamKCorp Systems®  provides support and management of point of sale systems with experience in Aloha by Radiant, Freedom by MATRA, Logic Controls Kitchen Video Software,  POSitouch by Pinnacle, Prohost by Rock Systems, Simphony by Micros, SIVA by PAR, and WINDSS by JDA.  RamKCorp Systems® provides menu configuration with wait staff to kitchen interpretation, kitchen flow to POS output design, technology’s return on investment with kitchen setup, train the trainer environment setup and material preparation, streamlined tools for menu implementation and changes, and configuration with inventory integration and time keeping.
The philosophy of RamKCorp Systems® is that our services should enable companies to have access to enterprise systems without the cost that is associated with it.  Some organizations don't have the resources to maintain an in-house IT department. Although the mainstream in the MSP industry tries to do the work remotely to minimize their cost, RamKCorp Systems®  believes that the customer deserves the face to face on-site service.
